I found this an interesting read. I wonder whether people would feel a little less stressed if they:

-Stopped comparing their lives with others and then ultimately despairing 

-Worried less about what other people think of them ( and frankly, what other people think of you is none of your business anyway!)

-Switched their phones off in their free time and go out and do something interesting

-Accept that life is sometimes tough. Make the most of the really good days, and realise that the bad days will pass.

-Glance but don't stare at the past. And try not to project too much into the future.
